Colourful Interiors That Hit Different

From bold feature walls in natural stone to subtle tonal palettes, colour has the creative power to transform space and atmosphere. When the energy of colour meets the raw power of Buster + Punch’s solid metal finishes, the results can be electric. The secret to unlocking that next level look is to treat colour and materials as a double act – one sets the stage, the other levels up the performance.

In this post, we’re revisiting a handful of our favourite colour-driven projects from the archives that use Buster + Punch detailing to give a dynamic, layered aesthetic.

Lake Forest Showhouse

Ablaze Design Group uses unexpected colour combinations to give a positive, energetic stance to the interiors of the Lake Forest Show Home. In this instance, B+P anchors the spaces with a foundation of calm.

Alissa Johnson Interiors

A great project that builds from a foundation of smoked bronze B+P hardware, adding layer upon layer of material and natural colour.

Chroma Penthouse Project

Hard to ignore or forget the Chroma Penthouse Project with its uplifting mixes of primary colour played out with unapologetic boldness in this German apartment. A joy.

Albert Park

A base of greys and steel B+P hardware is taken stratospheric by the use of green veined natural stone that pulses with blocky charm.

Karolin Rochman Design

Guided by strong hues and clashes of pattern, this interior by Karolin Rochman Design is not for the faint of heart, but there’s no denying it’s an impactful space, charged with vibrant energy.

Honourable mentions:

The greys and blues of Aymeric Masson’s loft, the deep greens of the kitchen from Studio Space A and the calm tones of the brass-infused Shih-Shih Interior Design’s kitchen/dining room.
